To all my fervent readers, i greet you all for always being here even though i left for a while. Truth is i have been battling with some health issues for sometime now. On this post today i will be discussing on the cost of plumbing materials for 2 bedroom flat and this is meant for those in Nigeria Only.
However, if you are a Nigerian Living Abroad/ Overseas and would like to have an idea on what it would cost to install Plumbing materials on your building back home, then this is for you. I will be making a list of Plumbing materials you’ll need in your home as well as the cost of workmanship.
Things to Know About Plumbing Jobs…
Plumbing Jobs are done in 2 Phases.
The very first phase of Plumbing is known as Piping Phase.
Piping Phase of plumbing comes as soon as the roofing is done but before plastering and tiling work is started.
What are the materials required for Piping Phase of Plumbing?
Materials required for piping face are pretty much, in order not to confuse you, i have made a list and on this list, i have included the price as well as the quantity of each items as required to complete your plumbing job!

The cost of buying piping materials is usually lower than that required for sanitary fittings…
Now lets talk about the next phase of Plumbing which has to do with the installation of the actual fittings like Bath tubs, showers, water closets (WC), Wash hand Basins (WHB), etc.
I will compile a list of sanitary fittings for 2 bedroom flat with the price as well as the quantity required below!

Note: On this post, i did not make provisions for the water tank, tower and all its fittings. This is because i do not know the capacity of water tank you may want to install in your compound.
Also note that this post was made with the current price of Plumbing materials as far as Delta state is concerned!
